Create a Bot (via BotFather)

Telegram's official "BotFather" manages all bot creation.

2. Send the following command:

/newbot

3. Enter a name for your bot (e.g., "My Whale Alert")

Copy Your Bot Token

Once your bot is created, BotFather will provide an HTTP API Token.

3. Start a chat with it, and it will reply with your Id number:

※ This number is your Chat ID.
